清明節的習俗除了注重禁火、掃墓外，還包括搖擺、踩踏和植樹(shù)等一系列傳統體育活動(dòng)。
1、搖擺：這是中國古代清明節的習俗。擺動(dòng)，這意味著(zhù)拉繩子和移動(dòng)。它的歷史很悠久，最早被稱(chēng)為千秋，后來(lái)為了避諱而改為秋千。

2、踩踏：也叫春游。古時(shí)稱(chēng)之為“春尋”、“春尋”等，清朝4月，春回大地，自然世界充滿(mǎn)生機。現在是郊游的好時(shí)機。中國人一直保持著(zhù)清清的習慣。
